        I have worked with Summit Credit Union for over 30 years. Generally the service and value is excellent. I have only two complaints. (1) ATM machines should be multi language. Not only English and Spanish as they have in Europe. Better yet insert your card and have the ATM detect your preferred language. (2) The focus on woman from the CEO is very annoying and overwhelming at times.

        The people at Summit do not know how to do their job. I talked with Fatima, and she just kept pulling things out of the air instead of coming up with an explanation as to why my accounts were messed up. My partner also got an auto loan through Summit, and her loan officer was rude and would not help her, so she had to always call a 1800 number in order to get help. Horrible, and I will be switching banks.
