The staff at this facility are excellent - welcoming, and very understanding of people like me who struggle with claustrophobia and use Midwest Open MRI to counter that issue. Scheduling was easy, and the actual MRI procedure was completed efficiently and smoothly. The front desk staff member even made sure my insurance providers approved the MRI and that the doctor's orders were in order. She couldn't have been more helpful! The facility's current location was recently purchased by a large corporation that plans to tear the building down, then rebuild. I am hoping the owners of Midwest will open at a new location in the Madison area since the nearest alternative is near Milwaukee.Their service is badly needed, especially in fast growing Madison and its neighboring communities.

Had my MRI of my brain and very claustrophobic so I was hoping that this open MRI was going to work. Staff called me the day after they got my orders and luckily was able to schedule me the next day on Wednesday which by the way was their last day of being there as the building is being torn down which I was very grateful. Staff was very friendly and through.So when I arrived I was so nervous and so afraid so Amanda took me back into the MRI room and I freaked out as soon as I saw the.machine she said you don't have to do this but I guarantee you that it's not going to be so bad she was so great at reassuring me that it was going to be ok. If she wasn't so great at her job I would have never been able to get threw this she was amazing and so grateful to the whole staff It's really sad to see this place being torn down .
