        Had previously decent experiences here, however when attempting to print our marriage license appication(as directed by the county clerk) they told me I was attempting to print a vital record. Its impossible to print a copy of a vital record that hasnt been created yet lol. They refused to print my order, despite me having a written email from the county clerk stating the documents were to be printed. Very disappointing and will not be using this location anymore in the future!

      Hi Lataysha! I hugely appreciate you giving us this 1 star review. This is a great opportunity to show the community that no matter how persuasive a customer tires to be, we will always follow the law. As we explained, a few times, we can not legally print vital records. A simple google search shows that WI considers a marriage license a vital record. The document says "WISCONSIN MARRIAGE LICENSE" at the top of the page. I fully understand the clerk asked you print the form out. If you printed it on your own I'm confident no one would have cared. That being said, WE have rules to follow and I will gladly accept a 1 star review for my staff having integrity. The clerk likely needs some education on this subject. On the phone you mentioned Walgreens said they would print it. I called Walgreens and they said they also DO NOT print marriage licenses. Congratulations on getting married and I hope you and your have wonderful holiday! Jack
