I was referred to James through a service called Legal Resources to review my residential lease. James was friendly, easy to work with, and timely in responses. He did a very thorough job reading through every bullet point. Not only did he give me specific guidance on the lease but he also pointed me in the direction of helpful links to Wisconsin laws regarding being a landlord.
