Chase Bank

This branch sucks. The employees don't know their own bank's policies

The employees and management at this Chase location on Capitol Drive do not seem interested in discussing the harm caused by their company. One manager gave us a dirty look and a security officer here stated "Boo hoo" when we brought up our concerns. Chase has financed fossil fuels with $382 billion since 2016. Chase needs to stop financing coal, oil and the like and start respecting human rights and indigenous sovereignty. As Pope Francis has said, "We must not forget the grave social consequences of climate change. It is the poorest who suffer the worst consequences. Therefore the issue of climate change is a matter of justice"

Natalia is amazing, my fiance had her car stolen and she snuffed out fraud like a champion. The people that stole her car tried cashing a substantial check in her name and acted quickly. Thank you so much!!

They have over the past 5-10 years skimmed down the people working for them. Chase is not a good company. They used to be. The only thing that keeps me there is the hassle of changing banks. If they keep at it by this time next year I will be gone.

Anastasia helped me today (as well as her coworker whose name I didn't catch)- and the two of them are incredible employees. Their attitude, helpfulness, and knowledge had me feeling thankful that I chose to stop in at that particular branch today. A+ employees and people.
