When I was searching for a divorce attorney, I stumbled upon Karp & Iancu. I submitted a request for more information and I received a response less than 24hrs of the request! My first encounter, everyone was very welcoming and personable. Anna Rinehart was my attorney and she was the absolute best! Any issues or questions I had, she answered them immediately. She always had suggestions and gave me many options and explained things to me thoroughly. She kept in contact with me regularly and made the divorce process as smooth as possible. Is It Really A Divorce You Want? I am in my 70’s, husband in 80’s. Second marriage for both, husband has means. Has not made provisions for me after he passes that would be separate from his family. Have asked him over past 9 years to make changes, he refuses. May as well divorce now and make a life for myself while young enough to do so . . . David Karp was referred to me as the best of the best divorce attorneys. He is far more than a divorce attorney. The divorce proceedings started and David realized I did not hate my husband so he asked if I would agree to a “90 pause”. During this “pause” I (not David) would need to negotiate my needs with my husband. David guided me to the resources needed to make a solid, fact-based offer to my husband. I was very reasonable and my husband accepted my offer. We are staying married. Because I had to confront my husband ‘head on’ I am a much more confident woman going forward in life for what I believe. David Karp understands marriage, people and predicaments. I found Attorney David Iancu through an internet search and he has lived up to every 5 star review that has been posted. When I contacted Attorney Iancu through his site, I received a phone call from him that same day and we had a meeting the following day. Attorney Iancu heard all of my concerns, told me things I didn’t want to hear, but needed to hear and settled my case quickly. Attorney Iancu has been nothing but top notch, highly professional, compassionate and trustworthy. I can’t say one bad thing about my experience with him.
