        I dropped off 3 items for service. I got a text message when service was done saying my balance was $11.63. When I picked up my items I was charges $45. They probably won't be my first choice for the next time I need clothes cleaned.

        The staff is always professional and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure that the experience the customer receives is excellent. My laundry is usually done even before the initial promise date. Quality is stellar and I never worry about anything that I have them clean. I wish every business operated the way they do. Have been, and will continue to be, a lifelong customer! Services: Laundry wash & fold, Dry cleaning

      Hi Will, we would like to apologize for the confusion caused by the text messages you received. We understand your frustration and want to explain the situation to you. One of your orders was returned to the store a day before the other two, which is why the first text message you received on 2-14 only included information for that order. However, when you came to pick up all three orders on 2-15, they were all back in the store. This is why the total differed from what had been texted to you earlier. The order-ready text messages are automated and sent from our POS system, so unfortunately, sometimes there can be glitches in the system. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope you can accept our sincere apology.
