Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Milwaukee Airport, WI

Pool wasn't open when we checked in. Manager stated it would be back open in a hour, it wasn't even open the next moring I asked and was told not til 930am. Left at 1030am and still wasn't opened. Manager wouldn't even stop to talk to me very unprofessional! Room wasn't very clean, elevator smelled like someone peed in it. Breakfast was ok until I seem staff pushing garbage down with gloves on and proceeded to touch the food with the same gloves she pushed the garbage down with. Rooms: Dirty

Solid 2 star hotel. Pool pictures on internet are totally photoshopped which was main reason for me booking. Disappointed. Rooms : 4/5 | Service : 3/5 | Location : 2/5 More

So I got a room on Saint Patrick's Day for my anniversary the room was good I loved it. it was the whirlpool room it was cheap enough to get but the service sucked there were 3 guys there up front they were rude I had to give a $50 deposit and I still haven't gotten it back it's been more than 8 days they said 3 to 5 days but still don't have it. there breakfast sucked there basically nothing worth eatting and I called back to see where my deposit is in the lady was rude to me on the phone so I suggest not stay there unless you want a cheap whirlpool room you don't care about getting deposit back Rooms: Whirlpool room was amazing and worth it for the price Food & drinks: Sucked
