So not all the dryers are fixed still. Which is fine because I come in early but how many times do I have to come early and the doors arent even open last time I waited a good 45 minutes and they still werent open so I left till another laundry mat. Whats going on hopefully today they open on time I doubt it but , some of us are early birds, and we have homework and lives and we have a scheduled routine. Is it so hard to come to work on time?

UPDATE as of 3/20/23: Still NO HOT WATER in over 2 months even though the business responded saying they will resolve the concerns immediately. More than 1/3 of the washers are out of order and half of the driers do not work. There has not been any hot water for the washing machines for several weeks now. I even left a review with photos about 2 weeks ago and they had it removed. Seems like they only want good reviews, not honest ones based on facts and photo proof.

The hours of operation that are posted are unreliable. It seems the employees choose when they open and close. I have been turned away during hours of operation because an employee wanted to close early. Most of the time they only have 6 dryers that are operational. This place is overpriced and unreliable. If I could give zero stars I would.
