He's superb on communicating to all parties and is always up-to-date. We couldn't of asked for a better agent as first time home buyers. Best Realtor! I moved from Europe back to USA, after 15 years, no credit history and within 90 days of arrival at O'Hare, Marc got me, my wife and our four sons the house we wanted (all in the sellers market of late 2019) Marc was the best i could have asked for and I recommend him to all my friends and colleagues. He also got me a great mortgage broker who made purchase seamless and easy to understand. Marc deserves every success that comes his way. It was our first home and the sellers chose us out of 4 offers on the first day, because of the attractive offer he helped us draft. My family and I are so grateful to him for helping us get our first home.

Marc was amazing during our very stressful home sale and new home search. He is very insightful when it comes to the market and condition of the homes. He gave honest feedback and was always extremely quick with responses and communications. We never felt rushed or like we weren't getting all pertinent information while looking at homes. I would say I would use him again, but I think he found us our forever home!

Marc goes well beyond and above the basic ability of being a real estate agent. Marc is an exceptional agent and our family would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home. His attentiveness and communication skills are phenomenal, which were critical factors for us in choosing an agent. He is highly knowledgeable of the market, local neighborhoods, and communities (this came in handy seeing as we moved here from out of state). We never felt rushed through any showing, paperwork, or any other part of the search/buying process. Marc gave us more than enough of his time to make sure we felt comfortable each step of the way. He also played an excellent devil's advocate and was fantastic when it came to negotiating our offer, having our best interest and goals in mind at all times. Finally, I should mention that we were carting around a 10 month old for most of the process and Marc couldn't have been more understanding and accommodating of that. :)
