The food was great. It was my first time ordering from them, but with the rudeness/unprofessionalism from what looked like the owner/manager, it's most likely my last. I placed an order at 10:10 am last week for several party size pizzas at an event. I was told they would be ready by 1045-11am which was fine, because I was not able to leave work until 11:05 plus some 10 minute drive time. Anyways, I got a call around 10:55am from the same man that took my order to tell me the pizzas were ready.I told him I was at work and that I would pick them up during my break. Well, there was a whole lot of attitude over the phone. He goes, "well, you could have TOLD ME, I got your pizza right here. When are you planning to pick it up?" I told him I would get there when I get there, and hung up the phone. Like, 1) I didn't need the attitude? 2) Why can't you just hold them for another 20 minutes? I wanted to support local businesses, but I'll have to take my money elsewhere. I was kind enough to still tip.
