One of there driver wearing ridiculously long nails blocked my car in for over 20 minutes. She had some casual conversation with a woman while watching me put my kids in car, then she finally stopped talking and went and got a guy in a wheelchair just to take another 15 minutes and talkiing and putting him in. I asked her to move several times and she got rude and disrespectful. No one ever answered my call

This is supposed to be reliable transportation for elderly and it is the most unreliable, late, and inconsistent service there is. Never, ever, on time and have you waiting long periods of time, even in cold! Nothing you can do because nothing changes! Id give negative stars if I could!

Transdav is not reliable as American Cab, when it comes to return ride. I like same day service because i don't know how I'm going to feel on the daily basis. Now, i have to be in by 1030 pm, kids curfew it's at 11:00 p.m. Elderly in the disabled are being literally kicked to the curb waiting for us than a car to pull up which only give you 5 minutes to get out to it. You have to give them a time that you're going to be out the grocery store and then you may have to wait up until 45 minutes for the van to return and a lot of places don't have hallways to weigh in like Walgreens on 51st and Capitol.
