        My suitcase handle was ripping on one side of the handle. They not only fixed the ripped side, they reinforced the other side of the handle so it wouldnt tear there. The service was very fast and the price reasonable.

        I brought in a watch (along with a new battery) to have the back snapped on. When I came to pick it up today, I was told that the battery was dead so he replaced it. I was charged $16.87. I told the man that it was a new battery. When I got home I tested the battery and it tested as new. The man spoke in a rude, dismissive manner. Note: When I brought in another watch a few weeks earlier, that same man snapped the back on and didn't charge me.
