Shawn has the skills to do a fine job, if he had the business sense to consistently arrive on time or even show up for the job. He doesn’t have a problem shooting the breeze unless there is a change in plans for the day or week, then he can’t seem to communicate. Makes excuses of “not being able to get good help these days”. Which yes, I agree 100%. A job that was promised to be done in 2 days, move back in after 4 days, has now put me out of my 2 bedrooms and hallway for 14 days. And he’s not finished yet.
Please do not hire him and save yourself a lot of headaches.

Ive used A-Team Flooring multiple times for multiple jobs. The owner, Shawn, is courteous, kind, honest, professional and does a fantastic job, every. single. time. Hes a master at his craft and will go above and beyond to ensure his job is completed correctly, accurately and beautifully. I would not hesitate to use them again at all. Great job, as always! Thank you!

No-call, no-showed on day 1 of floor refinishing job. Scheduled job 2-3 weeks in advance and was stood up by Shawn. Unprofessional.
