This place is great! In November, I needed some major dental work done, including pulling 3 teeth, and they did it all in one visit. They were able to put me under for the entire procedure and calm my anxiety about it. I gave 4 stars for 2 reasons. 1. The post-op instructions could be a little clearer and more detailed. I had to call a few times for clarification questions. 2. The way they do billing is a little confusing and weird. Almost 5 months later, I still haven't paid for anything yet, despite getting a projected cost. Every time i call, they're still fighting with insurance on what they'll pay.

I have no complaints so far. Been going here for a year now. Place is located in a nice area. They got my gums back to healthier state. I suffer with panic and anxiety when going to the dentist and they were really patience with me.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE. I'm a senior who is 72 years old and they had zero respect for me, so be especially careful if you are elderly. Dr. Saleki and his entire staff are rude and obnoxious. Everything is a big joke to them. They do not take their work seriously and have no compassion. They do not like it when you ask questions, they do not listen to you and are always in a big hurry to get you in and out. I had a tooth pulled that went terribly wrong, so never use this dentist for any extensive, detailed work. He failed to clean out the socket properly and there was a big chunk of my viable jawbone sticking out next to it after a few weeks that was very swollen and painful. When I went in to correct it, he was very cold hearted and lacked empathy, as if it was no big deal. He failed to numb it properly and I almost went through the ceiling in pain and felt like I was being water-boarded. They didn't even bat an eye but just gave me a big shot of novacaine, then he just smoothed it down with a drill. He gave me no aftercare instructions. The front desk staff are very rude and do not even acknowledge you when you walk in. Also, he was supposed to adjust my mouthguard to fit properly because of the extraction, and he did it while my mouth was numb! How was I supposed to know how it felt in my mouth after he adjusted it? Wow! Also, I was supposed to have a cleaning afterwards, and they told me the other procedure took too long and they couldn't do it, and I would have to wait several months for another appointment. I made THAT appointment in January because they are so booked up months out for cleanings!! They did the scheduling ahead of time and it was their fault for not allowing enough time to do the cleaning! The manager was very dismissive about the whole thing, like it didn't matter. I would never go back there, as they are very incompetent, lack compassion, are evasive, use humor to cover their mistakes and the whole practice seems rather shady. Find another dentist if you want proper toothcare.
