        Absolutely irresponsible company. Multiple members enrolled in our HRA have now been sent to collections due to late, missing, or incomplete payments. Getting a hold of a live person is next to impossible to boot. Avoid this company at all costs.

        Worst insurance ever, high deductible 5k, no providers down in Texas, dropping them as soon as I can, will gladly take your money but good luck finding a provider unless you live in the same region. Definitely not a nationwide friendly insurance especially for truck drivers.
