        Nice workers overall, had to reschedule multiple appointments due to them being closed. Manager is hard to reach when needed the most. I would say she could work better at attending to her patients in a way.

        The past two years of going to this dentist has been a huge disappointment. With our family 5 we have a lot of appointments in a year and over the past couple years we have had constant cancellations of our appointments and needing to reschedule. The one plus had been our hygienist, Sky, she had been fantastic for us. But after a couple more cancellations recently we have decided it was time to move on to a different dentist after 10 plus years of going to Midwest, each year we were more and more disappointed with the service we were receiving.
