        my almost 3 yr old, has special needs as he is non verbal and autistic. this was his second time going to the chop shop + the lady (forgot her name ) was amazing handling him. he cried the entire time unfortunately + would not sit still bc he doesnt like being touched however she was extremely calm + patient the entire time! she offered him breaks and suckers and toys! she was so0 kind! the haircut looks amazing too! were beyond satisfied, ty!
