    I was with this credit union, each time I call customer service you go through the prompts. When you finally speak to someone they are condescending and reverify you same questions or more. Even though you answer all of them through the prompts per phone banking. Finally, I spoke with a girl named Elise, from member service she was very rude to me and I couldn't believe it so I gave her the exact same attitude and worst. I asked to speak to the manager she did not want to pass her to me. I finally got to speak to her and told her to pull that call so they can listen to it. I worked in banking for 6 yrs I never treated my customers with attitude I asked to speak with manager which she declined and I had to practically demand it. Also, to make matters worst when I first moved from Chicago to Milwaukee I was working at landmark at westwridge as a member service. Also, I worked for a chiropractor I was making way more money than at this credit union so I quit. This place is bad they lack integrity and ethics I closed my account and I will never will be part of this institution.

    I would avoid taking a car loan from this company. The loan requires a savings account. After paying off the loan, you can only close the savings account in person. When the loan is paid off, they start charging you fees for the account being inactive. This is like banking in the 1980's. Normal banks now do everything online and don't have unnecessary fees.

    Paid off my car and was expecting My title in the mail 2.5 months later still no title. Called them and they stated it was mailed nothing they could do for me. Would have to file for a missing/stolen title. You think it would be sent with a tracking number.. on top of waiting 20 minutes to talk to an actual person Edit. The follow up response is a complete joke cant talk to an actual person have to go through the menu. And the link is outdated
