Travelodge by Wyndham Water's Edge Hotel - Racine

Me and my sisters had a small party in their party room for our mom 50th birthday. This hotel and their staff refused to give us our deposit back! We were having a good time they allowed one of their guest in our party I dont know if she was a crackhead or drunk! But she came in and started throwing water on all of us swinging and acting insane. They never called the cops or removed her from the property we were forced to remove her and call the cops. The next morning they blamed us! Also, while we were removing her one of their other guests from another room came out with his gun threatening us!! It was a horrible experience the manager is so rude she dont care about the guests or anything that happens at this location. Dont get me started on the amount of liquor and weed that was allowed in and out of this hotel VERY unprofessional VERY DIRTY, RUDE AND RACIST!!

I use my Wyndham points to get a room and then I had a reservation for the rest of the week for me and my family. They let me stay the night that I use my Wyndham points and then called me the next morning to tell me that I was blacklisted and I had to leave, mind you me my husband and my three children and our dog are moving, this was very inconvenient and very inconsiderate of them if I was blacklisted I should have never been able to rent the room the night before. And I could have used my points at a different location. I wish I could get my points back

Tub taped up, we were itching all night in the beds, n toilet not cooked so it wobbled n a fight broke out at around 9:30 no police til midnight woke us up n frightened my special needs children not sure we'll be back
