        They gave me an appointment a week ahead with a more experienced preparer. When I arrived that preparer could not do my taxes. Manager was at lunch and didnt answer the phone. Wasted a week waiting for a worthless appointment and then couldnt get any help at a later time. Wont be coming back to handr block
