This company deserves a 4 star. not only was Bob patient with all my emails, but he answered promptly. My small order of 2 egress windows shipped when he said it would, we were notified when it would arrive, and the quality was better than anything locally. the price was quoted, landed, so included sales tax, shipping and product. Highly recommended
Also, added to this review, it saved me and the contractor time and money to have all the parts in one kit!!
And the contractor was impressed with the quality, which made me look good!

We were so pleased with our window well covers. I ordered them on-line. Such a simple process. We received them right away and they are top quality. The customer service was amazing. I highly recommend Window Well Supply.

Ordering the window well covers was very easy. Instructions were sent via email, we took measurements and pictures of the openings, ordered the covers, and received the finished products within the promised delivery time. My husband easily installed the covers according to the instructions and we are very pleased with the covers. So glad we could get custom-made window well covers so quickly and easily!

I ordered and received a total of 7 window well covers from Window Well Supply. What I received absolutely exceeded my expectations, by a fair bit. The aluminum cuts were not merely de-burred, they were quite near polished. The finish and attention to detail on these units is phenomenal.
When installed, they keep the window wells covered, allow light to pass through to the windows below, and look beautiful. The mounting method retains them firmly, while allowing them to be removed should you need to.
I can wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Window Well Supply window well covers. You will not be disappointed!

We love out new window well cover. It is well constructed and we love the clear design. Everything about the process from ordering to self installation was simple. Be sure to follow the measurement directions as directed, Window Well Supply makes it so easy. Also, just so you know, We shopped several custom window well suppliers and Window Well Supply was very competitive on cost and their process for measuring and ordering was perfect. By the way, they have real people answering their phone and their customer service is awesome!
