Worst company ever. Horrific customer service; awful women . I wish we had another option. They wouldnt have a business if we did.

Our internet speeds have matched the promised speeds. In a household full of devices it hasn't throttled ever. I will say though the "Lightspeed" internet router that the plan comes with the internet isn't too good, and we swapped it out with a high end ASUS router. With that said, the basic router supported Wi-Fi 6, had high speeds, the only downside was that it dropped speeds on the third floor corners of our three floor house. Overall if their internet is available in your area I highly suggest you go for it. Also, if your also okay looking at router specs and finding one for your own house, it'll make the experience even better.

There is a problem in front of our house thats been on going and only getting worse. They have not bothered to say anything but was quick to ask to use are water. No word on whats wrong or when it will be fixed. Horrible customer service!
