Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Im really bad with names, but both guys that handled out rental car were amazing! Super helpful and kind. We rented a 2021 Chevy Traverse it was a nice ride until we got our vehicle replacement. I appreciate the laid back but professional atmosphere.

As a Program Manager with a large Multinational Ive seen an awful lot of National & Enterprise Rental Locations, but this Rhinelander Enterprise Location truly shines, in large part to their Branch Manager Nicholas. In renting here multiple times, Ive experienced Nicholas demonstrate tremendous compassion, empathy, kindness, service, and of course humor ! On the phone, at the counter, in the lot, or interacting with his staff hes really terrific. If you need a car in Rhinelander, Id see Nicholas !!!

By far the best rental experience I've ever had! Nicholas, at the 2000 River Street location, went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe vehicle to travel for the holidays. I can't thank him enough for his kindness and amazing customer service!
