EasyITGuys is a great business. I've used them many times to repair laptops, or to recommend new equipment. I am often a little panicky when I encounter a blue screen of death, or a "laptop not repairable" message, and they are so calm and reassuring, but also realistic. I have been a member here for years, which has saved me a lot of money and time. My husband and I used to be Geek Squad people, but we are happier with the quality, speed, and personal interaction of EasyITGuys. When you call, even if you don't remember your personal code, you aren't on hold for more than a minute or so, and they communicate clearly and in a timely manner, sometimes just to say, "We don't know yet, exactly, but it's likely this..." But it lets you know you aren't forgotten. I have recommended them to many people, and I continue to.
