Bergmann's Appliance TV & Bedding

Unfortunately we had a bad experience and Amy in customer service made it worse. When you hang up on a customer and literally are told to call the manufacturer and lie to them and tell them that Bergmanns came out to service your product is so very unprofessional. We are in awe of how poorly they handled a newly purchased appliance. We will never refer nor purchase product from this store again.

I've been getting my appliances at Bergmann's for 20 years and have only had great experiences. The staff is honest and awesome to work with. The delivery guys are always professional and never leave a mess behind. Also the showroom is well kept and the sales team is very knowledgeable. Its very easy for me recommend them to anyone I know because they will be taken excellent care of.

Cody came to check out the oven and also replace the refrigerator interior light array. He was prompt, courteous and also was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and what he found out relative to our problems. Can't say enough about Bergmann's and their customer service department!

We've previously purchased our washer and dryer from Bergmann, and now it was time to update our microwave and dishwasher. The store manager, and sale staff, Michael, were very knowledgeable about the appliances. The appliances were delivered, and installed within a week. The delivery employees, Kory, Jeff and Kaden, arrived on time and were very professional. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed correctly and showed us how to operate the appliances. They cleaned up and removed the old units, and were done in under 2 hours. We like to support our local stores, and Bergmann services what they sell. If we have any issues, we can contact them directly instead of looking for a repair store. We will be back when we need our next appliance.
