My husband, five children and I started seeing the doctors here. After being patients for three+ years, our oldest daughter had an X-ray upon which the doctor said we needed to have her wisdom teeth surgically removed right away. I had three of our children having 6 month cleanings done, so I was moving to all the rooms. My oldest finished and came to me. The dentist went on to his next patient and never came to me to discuss anything. He handed my daughter a referral slip to an oral surgeon, I only assume he received a monetary benefit from, and left her. I called the office 4 times after leaving that day requesting a call back from the dentist. He never returned my calls. It's very unfortunate because we truly enjoyed the dental hygienists who worked there.

Right before Christmas, Dr. Strupp (overnight!) made a temporary tooth for my husband so that he could enjoy the holidays without feeling self-conscious. Swanson and Associates went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. My husband thanked him profusely and all Dr. Strupp said was 'Merry Christmas!'

Im a patient at Swanson Family Dental and I am so impressed with Dr Chad Strupp. He treats his assistants with such great respect. I heard him say please and thank you to them consistently. I was truly amazed. I am not sure if they realized it, but I was impressed. I definitely would like to work for someone like that!

Had my bridge examined. Was told must be replaced ,I was scheduled for the procedure. I had a secound opinion then I was asked to see oral surgeon. Was told my bridge was fine and don't mess with it unless I have major issues. Would not let Swanson touch my dogs ashes. Stay away. You have been warned.
