If I could give zero stars I would. After my neurologist left, I was set up with Jackie and I felt she was making blind guesses in the dark to help me and she loves to push Botox as a solution. I didn't go back and just had my primary doctor refill my prescription from my previous neurologist that moved. I gave her one more chance a few years ago and again she just pushed Botox as a cure-all. She went as far as telling me insurance would cover it without any kind of confirmation. I caved and said okay and she jumped at the opportunity to stick a needle in my neck. It made my migraines worse as well as leaving part of my left hand and face numb for over a month. She didn't even care to wipe up the blood from the injection and I went to the bank not knowing it was it all over my hair and neck. Then I found out it wasn't covered and had to have a patient advocate help we waive over 1k in medical bills because Jackie told me my insurance covered her little science experiment. Never again. Never. I hope other people have had a better experience with her, but I will not let that woman come within 50 ft. of my my medical chart again.
