Attempted to hire Natasha to do a tax project. She was very responsive and informative to start. She asked me to wait until after tax season, which I was happy to do. I followed up after tax season, and she asked for another week. I followed up a week later. Never heard from her again. If she didn't want the job, the professional thing would have been to let me know - this would have been fine. Instead I wasted 2 months waiting.
