Our bus broke down in the middle of an intersection. The company would still not refund me even when we had to get off the bus in a middle of a snowstorm and order another ride. Don't waste your money. Get a lyft.

Please bring back 10:45am pick-up at Ohare, there are always groups waiting for almost 2 hours,lots of flights arrive at ohare at that time.

Wisconsin Coach has so many issues, it may be hard to decide what the biggest problem is. Frequently changing drivers on routes. Some Drivers are great, others are always late, sometimes by as much as 30 minutes, and "traffic" is always the excuse. Some drivers appear to be lost, and make extra stops that aren't part of their route, or stay off the freeway, adding 10-15 minutes to the trip. Buses break down often, are dirty, and you're not guaranteed to have heat in the winter, or air conditioning in the summer. Contrary to the response from the company, they are frequently late. My bus this morning was 10 minutes late picking up. Then got off the freeway and added 9 minutes to the drive, so roughly 20 minutes later to work than it should have been. Traffic was not jammed, no accidents were reported according to Waze, this was purely a driver preference. ## update 10/4/22 ## Late bus arrived 15 minutes late, no air, so a sauna inside, and again took the "scenic" route. Not like I have anything I'd rather be doing.. Despite the company response, these issues are NOT infrequent, it's almost everyday. Ask anyone going downtown from Oconomowoc/Delafield/Brookfield 11/2/2022- late pickup, ow3 skipped all together, ow4 stops at Brookfield Square at 5:40 (not part it's route) when it should be dropping people off at goerkes. When are you going to get your act together? 8/20/23 Combined routes again, no warning, waste 15 of my time.. then driver makes detour to mall even though no one was getting off there. You're #1 job is yo get people to their destinations on time. You fail 9 of 10 times. 88 degrees outside is uncomfortable, paying to ride a bus without air conditioning is unacceptable.. It's easily 100 degrees in here. GET YOUR BUSSES FIXED, STOP BEING CHEAP

This bus line is a RIPOFF and deliberately misleads consumers on their website. Never having used their commuter service before, I needed to purchase a round-trip ticket to Milwaukee. I put in my departure and arrival stops on their website and they charged me $32 including service charge and "fuel surcharge." When I got on the bus and took out my phone to scan the QC code or whatever it is, the bus driver said he couldn't accept it and told me the cash fare was only $4.50 one way!Coach USA refused to refund my online purchase when I explained this to them. On their website they say you can purchase your ticket on the bus "but it might cost more." They don't tell you it will cost about six times LESS. You can't gouge consumers who buy tickets through your website.This is B.S. If you need to use their service, do NOT buy your ticket online, wait to pay your fare in cash when you get on the bus. This is some kind of consumer fraud and they shouldn't get away with it.
