        If I could give this zero star I would. Worst management company Ive ever dealt with. Takes money from your deposit without telling you why and you can never get a call back. I cleaned my apartment spotless, on my hands and knees!!! and they charged me $180. I cant imagine what it could have been for. Did you charge me for the entirety of someone coming to clean just for the purposes of turning the apartment into a move in ready unit? Thats called costs of running an apartment and cant possibly be the responsibility of the tenant. Horrible horrible horrible management and constant management change. Not to mention we had a hole in the side of our building from a high speed chase for months with no communication from management.

        It would be nice if the property would respond to emails and return phone calls back. Its unnecessary to constantly send requests for over a month and no one responds.

        I moved in to my apartment on the 1st of Feb 2021 and I've never had a brand new place and this one rocks em all. Not noisey here, and the train is a cool sound unless u don't like trains. Waukesha is made up of tain tracks u can't get around them so if u like it like I do u have choices. Tammy in the office is the kindest most outgoing manager I've ever had!!!! I love it here alot!!!!
