Clearpoint Apartments

I loved my stay at Clearpoint Apartments. The Maintenance Guys were friendly and fast. The building was so modern and clean. The thing I miss the most is the Building manager, Jori. She would always return phone calls or emails very quickly if she was with another tenant and was so pleasant and positive. Always leave you with some useful information. I honestly have never met someone so professional and positive as Jori Weiss.

Lived at Clearpoint for 3 years although their management at the time was not good at all. It was convenient for work. We were ready to leave When we received the news of the new ownership. In April 2022 LCM Funds Real Estate became the new owner and management company for Clearpoint Apartments. Everything changed for the better since. Great customer service, clean environment, maintenance team is amazing. Definitely a great place to live in and enjoy the view, downtown location and modern living. You wont regret making this your new home

Beautiful Apartments. This is by far the best Waukesha apartment building. Made it very easy to move in with the help of the nicest employees.

As of March 24th 2022 LCM Funds Real Estate is the new owner and management company for Clearpoint Apartments. We are super excited to work with the existing tenants and meet new perspective tenants. Stayed tuned for our additions!
