This place is terrible. They don't take care of the branch, ATM is broken very often. And they only have one. The people are ok. Chase just sucks.

The place was just about to close and I really needed a cashiers check. A female employee at front desk was rude and didnt let me even finish asking for what I needed and told me to use the ATM? Service wouldnt even have taken 5mins

I visited this branch on June 7, 2022. I had traveled to Wisconsin for my mother's funeral and needed to have some documents notarized. I do not bank with Chase so they refused to offer the notary service even though I offered to pay for it. I understand every business has the right to determine their own policies and refuse to provide service to anyone however this type of disregard for the needs of the community at large represents the very worst of conventional banking institutions. Fortunately, there was a Landmark Credit Union right next door. They welcomed me with open arms and provided the notary service I needed at no charge. They offered their condolences on the loss of my mother and treated me as a valued member of the community even though I am from 2,000 miles away. If you live in the area and need banking services, I would stay away from Chase Bank! If you like the feeling of great customer care and want to feel like you and your financial needs matter you might want to go next door to Landmark Credit Union too!
