Hinckley Springs Water Delivery Service 3650

My delivery driver Patrick is awesome. I have problems with the site and he is always making sure I get what I need. If I forget my jugs, he is ringing my door bell (thank goodness) and if I'm not home he knows how many I usually get. Honestly if he wasn't so amazing, I would have stopped getting it delivered. I have a lot if problems on the site. But Patrick really leaves me stress free about it. He always makes it right.

My delivery man (Jeff) is amazing. He provides the best customer service I have ever experienced. He knows our account well and contacts us if he thinks we have ordered too many or too few bottles. He goes above and beyond. Today my garage door happened to be open, so instead of leaving the bottles by our back door, he hauled all of the 5 gallon bottles into the garage and placed them on our storage rack. Completely unnecessary and completely wonderful. I wish I could clone Jeff. The best!

Same problems as many other reviewers. Had them install a water dispenser and it was leaking. Called and they assured me someone would be there next day but of course no one showed up. That was Tuesday. I called again Friday and they assured me again someone would be there Tuesday (because Monday was a holiday). Well its Thursday now and still no one showed up. So now 2 weeks after my first call I still have water leaking on my floor, now my dispenser completely stopped working and I cant get ahold of anyone at the company. Absolutely terrible service! In the past I also had a billing issue and they promised to credit my account but that never happened. They over promise and under deliver every time. Im sure they will see this post and ask me to email them for support. If they actually cared they would have solved my issue in my first phone call, it wouldnt take a negative review to get their attention. Coming from a guy that runs a service based business, this company is absolute trash. Do yourself a favor and get water elsewhere.

The customer service is awful!! I started at a company that utilizes them and will be making my recommendations to go with a different company! They delivered our water to a completely different BUILDING!! I've tried calling twice, landed at a customer service center with nice people both times, assured that I would be contacted by the local site/company, and then never heard back. Then I sent a "Contact Us" message and I have not received ONE response! We had to get dollies from our homes to move the bottles to the correct building and waste our labor! I've been trying to resolve this for over a month now (again, with no contact from them) and I'm done. Absolutely ridiculous and a terrible way to run a company! If you have issues and need to contact them, good luck.

Hinckley delivered tainted, discolored water to my home 3 times. My wife brought the taste of the water to my attention and when I looked at the bottle it had a yellow tint to it. I then went to check the other bottles and I found another one. We called and complained so they came to get the tainted bottles, but since then they have delivered bottles of water with a yellowish color and a bad taste. Drinking water is very important, please dont give this water to your families.
