Take 5 Car Wash

I dont know what the heck happened to this place but its sure gone down hill and became really trashy! A few years back this place was really great, but now.. total disappointment. -Self check out register didnt work and an employee had to come out and take my credit card into the building for me to purchase a wash. (Thats extremely uncomfortable when someone just walks off with your credit card!) - Half of their vacuums were not even working! - Garbage cans overflowing everywhere, some didnt even have a garbage bag in them. - Litter/garbage on the grounds EVERYWHERE!! Not even exaggerating, it was really really bad.

A decent car wash if and when they're open! Hours now changed so if you work regular weekday hours like most people, forget about getting a car wash during the week which makes any monthly plan utterly useless. Coast ran a better operation until the end. The fact I can't even get a wash before 10 am or after 6 pm during the week is just ridiculous when every other car wash place is open. Will be canceling my membership ASAP.

Here now 2pm on a Saturday place closed immediately after I purchased a monthy pass. Had to move my vehicle 3 time for a good vacuum and that one barely worked. All trash cans overflowing. Place is trash, Don't waste your time or money!!!!

They are never open. Blame it on staffing issues its been over a month. Dont you think someone higher up should come down and handle the issue then. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP. I contacted them at least 5 times regarding canceling and everytime was ignored. Had to cancel my card in order to avoid being charged for a place thats so horrible and never open.
