I always have a great experience with Dr. Shiels. He has done very affective treatment an a when in need basis if Im ever experiencing back/neck pain.

Elite Sport and Spine is our go-to for EVERYTHING! Over the last fifteen months, they have helped our teen athletes rehab a variety of injuries - a sprained meniscus, hip pain from overuse during an XC season, mysterious neck pain, an ACL/MCL sprain, and most recently a hockey ankle injury. Both Dr. Zach and Dr. Jay were patient, personable, and easy to talk to. They were thorough when gathering information on the injury, but also took time to get to know a little bit about my kids. They not only treat the pain but find and treat the underlying causes and treat that as well. They have a multitude of different treatment techniques - Graston, active release therapy, dry needling, laser treatments - we've experienced them all! When our daughter sprained her MCL, Dr. Zach and Coach Tyler worked hand-in-hand to treat and fully rehab her knee and get her back on the soccer field. At the end of her rehab, she felt confident, strong, and ready to be back in the game.

Elite came highly recommended by others in the running community, and my experience has been top-notch as well. Online scheduling is easy, and staff are all kind and courteous. Dr. Zach listens, and comes up with a plan not only to address any pain, but also to help identify and rectify underlying causes.
