We had our first meeting with Erin and Josh on 3/5/24. They arrived as scheduled. Josh started measuring the garage and Erin started walking us through their products and the process of laying their floor system. We scheduled a start date and because of weather had to delay the start by just 1 day. On Tuesday 3/26 the crew of 3 men showed up on time and started the preparation of the floor. They were there Wednesday on time and did more prep work and the topcoat. Thursday they again were on time, finished the topcoat and the trim work. They explained the drying time for the topcoat and explained the maintenance of the floor, which is basically a washing and cleaning products we could use. Working with PremierGarage of Waukesha/Tailored Living was a very positive experience. We highly recommend them. Thank you for a great experience, great customer service.

Chose this company because it is a local business. The pricing is fair, compared to other companies. Getting their trailer to use to store our items in during the process was very helpful. We opted for the baseboards, very happy about that, makes a very finished, complete look. We are spending more time keeping it clean because it looks so good!

The epoxy flooring looks superb. They filled in 2 cracks and all the pitting. They even provided a trailer to help get some of my stuff off the floor. I'm a real estate appraiser so I've seen quite a few epoxy garage flooring jobs. Some are great, some are not so hot. My Premier garage job is essentially perfect and they were very competitive on price, to boot! Service: Flooring
