So, I was there today to stop in and do an hour make up tutorial. I did a session with Kyra with the Mac products and let me tell you what she was absolutely amazing. She was about to take break and instead of taking her break she stayed and helped me learn how to properly apply makeup. Kyra was sweeter then pie !! Kyra is just so kind and professional. I didnt feel like I was to stupid for not knowing how. Please hire more people like Kyra. It was an absolutely blessing to spend and hour and a half doing my makeup with her. Seriously was one of the best experiences Ive had at an Ulta before. PLEASE GIVE KYRA A RAISE!!

Morgan did an amazing job with my eyebrows! I went in not exactly knowing what I needed and wanted, and Morgan used her expertise to shape, wax, and tint my brows. She even helped me pick out products afterwards! I highly recommend Morgan for any brow service!

I had a coupon and at checkout, I found out that one of my items would not qualify for it. I was not upset about that because I saw something while in line that would have interested me. I was a few cents short. They were trying to add a pencil sharpener for four dollars onto my sale without even asking me if that was something I wanted! Everyone is really friendly here, but I think they need to spend a couple more seconds considering the customer's purchase. I wanted a hair oil originally which was not only in the wrong place in the store, but was not included in the deal. I get that, but why not try and find me one that is? Save the sale mentality much?
I would have been fine if they wanted to upsell me on a more expensive product to make me qualify for the coupon again. Instead, it was easier for them to just try and tack on some random item I did not even want.
