Saw a therapist named Emilie and she spoke more about herself in the first session than even getting to know me. She also immediately diagnosed me ADHD in first session which is so unprofessional. Called to get account canceled and got charged twice for two sessions after calling to cancel my account. Apparently they had set up another appointment for me without my knowledge and permission and were trying to charge me for it. I never even received an email or call saying they had set up another appointment for me or I would have addressed the situation right away before getting charged. Called to get refund and now they need to send it off to a manager to get addresssed and so i can get refund. I wanted to do two question survey at end of call to give my feedback but it didnt even give me the option like it had every other time I called. Im so disappointed. Therapy is supposed to be easy and relaxing for a client and i feel far from it right now.
