        Lousy. Was once a Director in Jefferson County, from 2018-2019. The system falls over themselves arguing about how helpful they are. The opposite is true. The system argues how they will not treat you like a supervisor or micro-manage. The opposite is true. The head person has moved on and/or retired, and thats for the best. Their high and mighty APL meetings only took place in Washington County, never in Jefferson County; Jefferson County was treated as an afterthought. Now, if the Assistant Head person also moved on or retires, thatd even be better. That stated, Shawn does outstanding work. Shawn is genuine, passionate about his work, and cares about the people he interacts with. Additionally, Shawn is professional, helpful, and a no-nonsense straight-shooter. Shawn will tell you what you need to know. He was my preferred contact person at Bridges. He is far and away their best employee.
