I went to look for my son's prescription and the first time they told me that the next day they had it ready for me, I go the next day and they tell me first that nothing appeared then they tell me that they got my son's name and they don't have it in stock What they sent him then they leave me waiting and tell me that in 30 minutes his recipe will be ready I'll go in an hour and guess what? They came back and the child doesn't appear, then or if they find him again and then they say they already picked her up and then it's not that at this Walgreens I sent him to another one because they never told me anything. Irresponsible people and very bad professional and customer service. I had not seen the reviews otherwise I would never have sent my recipe there

Didn't happen to me but I witnessed some of the most hateful behavior I've ever seen in terms of customer service by one of the lady cashiers. It was really disappointing to see someone treat someone else that way. Do better.
