        Be leery of the positive reviews. MWES rewards this, they are not sincere, the underpaid employees just want their gas card. MWES is a cluster of chaos and inexperience. Most of the supervisors, should not be managing people. MWES is a white male dominated company, there are hardly ANY minorities working at MWES. Definitely steer clear.

        Ive worked in manufacturing for 25+ years and Midwest Engineered Systems is BY FAR the most family friendly, and overall a great place to work! Everyone here is very friendly and helpful with each other and there is little to no drama that most places seem to have. They go above and beyond when it comes to understanding any personal or family issues you may be experiencing. As long as you come in and do your job, you have a long and prosperous career here!
