        Alex with Sennott Contractors lead my wife and I to believe he wanted to execute or deck, siding and stone work project. He offered us a verbal proposal for work to which we agreed. After that Alex would not respond to texts, calls or emails. My wife had to track him down via Facebook to get a response. We ended up losing 5 weeks of very valuable time because of Alex's very unprofessional work ethic - all while leading us to believe we were on his schedule to start in 2 - 3 weeks. Find a contractor who treats clients the way they deserve!

        Alex and Sennott contractors did a great job on new porch/deck off the back of my house. Great company to work with and Alex had great communication throughout the process with letting me know when crews would be arriving etc. Im having them install a new door as well because I was so satisfied with the quality of work they did. Very professional and cleaned up job site nicely when finished. I highly recommend using them for your remodeling needs. Service: Porch construction

      Hi Charles - Unfortunately the company you hired / work for, provided very inaccurate and unusable plans for your deck to the point of being 15' off. Also, we never do a job on a verbal contract. Contracts are always signed first. I did say that we would come out and mark the footings, to which we tried, but the plans provided were too inaccurate to complete. We also asked for a set of house design plans that could be linked back to our contract with regards to the siding and stone work being done, but none could be provided. As stated before, your job can not be done without working and accurate plans . We had every intent on doing the job, having Goliath Tech lined up for the footings, but footings can not be completed without plans that have proper measurements on them. We understand your frustration with not being able to do the work and losing time, but accurate plans from your builder and a set of house plans we can link to a contract could not be provided, thus leaving us in this situation. Best of luck with your project!
