        When our furnace failed in February, First Choice had a service person at our home quickly. We needed a new furnace. That was scary, but then we met Jim who went out of his way to help ushe even came on SUPER BOWL Sunday to gather the info he needed. He efficiently provided estimates on a number of choices for replacement, answering our questions and guiding us to the decision that best suited us. We couldnt be more pleased.
