If someone asked me what is the best customer service experience I have ever had Jennifers Schelers agency would be it! Her and her staff are so friendly, caring, and prompt. Jennifer went above and beyond for all of my insurance needs, especially when an employer had some challenging coverage requests. Jennifer always demonstrated patience with me, and showed genuine desire to offer me the best coverage at an affordable rate. Her office manager Nicola, communicated needs accordingly and accurately when Jennifer was unavailable. I am sad to be losing coverage and relationship due to out of state move. We will definitely be back should the future ever include our move back to the area. May God bless this woman, her team, and this business!
