T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I just purchased a new android phone, and I decided to visit this T-Mobile store so someone could transfer the data to my phone in an efficient manner. I'm not technologically savvy, and I didn't think I would do a good job myself. The young man who helped us was very knowledgeable, and transferred all the information to my new phone in a very professional manner. All the information was transferred correctly, and I am very happy with the service I received. This is a very clean store, and there was no wait for service. Thank you very much for the efficient service and for answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend this T-Mobile Authorized Retailer.

Its now 5pm Saturday. This location is open til 7pm..it seems this has happened before..Lights are on, door is locked, they are not answering phones at grandview location ..went to Pewaukee and a nice guy by the name of Ricky took care of my phone problem.

You would think you would get assistance from this location. Not today. Definitely wasnt motivated to help. Dont come here!

As an senior citizen with not much tech knowledge this store was awesome helping through my cell phone needs.

Was told "The phone will have 5g on the roads, the white area is just property's that don't get 5g" that was either a lie to get me to sign up. Or uneducated employee. The same employee also told me "Just call 611 within 14 days and you get all your money back if it doesn't work" Again either a lie or uneducated employee. I had to return it and pay a 70$ restocking fee. Because there was absolutely no service in my entire town! Be careful if you live in a rural area! You just might get scammed like I did. Not entirely blaming the employee, there map did show some service in my town which is completely false. Tried calling 611 and they said I have to bring it to a store to return. They also refused to refund the 70$ restocking fee.
