As a small business owner, I hesitate before leaving a negative review because I understand the impact they can have. My firm hired Social Drip after connecting at a local business group. After our initial meeting, I felt very confident that our vision for the project was aligned. I signed on for a six-month campaign that was to include a variety of social content. Ultimately, we did not receive those deliverables as laid out in the contract and went with another social media company after about four months. After insisting on a partial refund based on the amount of work actually performed, Nova agreed with the caveat of needing approximately one month to refund me. I agreed. In December, I was informed that the amount owed to me would have to be repaid in installments. To date, I have received no refund or good faith payment. This was a frustrating experience.

I worked with Social Drip for a Gathering I had in May. Nova was very professional and fun to work with. He was willing to come shoot the promo in an area that was not the best. I had a very good experience working with social drip and would recommend and use them in the future.
