I recently completed two classes here as a non member. I do yoga and meditation elsewhere, but was intrigued with the topics of sankalpa and nidra. This business set them up as two separate practices/classes when in fact sankalpa is practiced during nidra. Shortly after the sankalpa class started, a yoga series was started. Nothing in my research had told me this was part of the sankalpa . So I left. I returned three days later for the nidra class, which is to be a meditative sleep activity. It too lacked the elements identified in my research of nidra. Additionally the acoustics were very poor. Ongoing talking with doors opening and closing in another connected room and HVAC noise were terrible distractions. Very disappointed in what I believed would be awesome new experiences.

Omg. Like omg. Im at a loss for words. I never knew so much could happen in one hr This was my first ever yoga class in my life and it started with me laughing with joy and trying to stay serious as I couldnt help but chuckle at how stiff and inflexible I was, yet how fun yin yoga was! I didnt know who Pamela was, but my son and I were greeted with her kindness and warm smile. During the last part of her class I broke down in tears experiencing emotional healing and deep healing while I felt surrounded by Gods presence and felt Him speak to me. At the end of it I literally felt like I was healed from trauma of stress and pain Ive been carrying for the last 7 months. And I was encouraged and allowed to be vulnerable in a safe loving place with Pamela and those there to share what I experienced at my first class and also was blessed to hear their own powerful journeys. This seriously was life changing and impacted me and I feel indebted to this place and the kind people here and am forever grateful for what happened today. I love you guys and I love this place and I HIGHLY recommend Everyday Bliss and the work Pamela does. Her generosity for the price and her generosity spiritually is and was stunning. All levels of yogis can experience the approach and benefits of Tom's style of teaching. He is passionate about the breath, bandas, and charkas and makes students feel comfortable in their bodies
