I went to Serenity for treatment of lyme disease because they had LLMDs and took a naturopathic and holistic approach to treatment. Amy was wonderful and I was able to get into remission. Sadly I quit going to Serenity because of the direction they are going . It has become more of a medispa focusing on semiglutide, wrinkle treatments and money. I have since found another naturopathic doctor who believes in a natural approach to health through herbs, and food. It's sad to see how much Serenity has changed their focus in the last few years. I did like the old Serenity.

This place is horrible. I think I would rather die of lyme disease then ever go into this toxic clinic again. The owner lets the receptionist, who is super rude, and an RN run the show there which is not smart, if you have a question after u just paid them $350 instead of getting the answer, I was told to make another appt for an hour with the owner since she couldn"t be bothered with a simple question. I begged the staff to simply forward a written message to the owner and that was refused, and again I just gave them $250 for a 14minute appt with a nurse practitioner and over paid $100 for 2 supplements. Run as fast as u can away from this place and spend your hard earned money at a place that actually cares and is ethical.

They don't answer phones or return calls. For almost 2 years I've been trying to get a hold of someone. Nothing. And I was a former employee for 10 days who was terminated without a legitimate reason or answers. I let that go, need to find out about treatment, so as a possible Patient and knowing the treatment here, I tried calling and calling and left messages to talk to someone for care, no response. I posted this as a patient not a former employee because I'm inquiring about care, nobody has responded until I posted this.

The nurses and other staff were helpful and welcomng for my first visit. However, after the nice nurse took my information, I waited in the room without direction, for 40 plus minutes. Finally a staff member came in to apologize for the wait and that it would be a few more minutes. Frustrated, when the doctor came in I made a comment about being late, which probably didn't go very well with her. Her bedside manner was uncaring and quick She didn't even ask aboout my diet or inflammation which are common symptoms of the previous my lyme disease. She really didn't even welcome me. On a good note, she did give me some information and supplements that I needed for my Babesia.. She also told me that I had to treat Bartonella too, which was informative. I would not recommend - expensive for 20-30 minutes of her time.
