I want to start out by saying that my wife and I have moved quite often in the 35 years weve been married. This new home is our seventh. By far, Annette has been the best realtor weve ever had. What sets Annette apart from our other realtors is her passion for her job. She wont try and sell a home if its not right for you, just to get a sale. We cant say enough about all of the hard work that she put in that sped up the process of selling our home and purchasing our last home! Annette was recommended to us by a friend of ours. She was fabulous from the start. She is very knowledgeable about what she does. There was no lull in communication or information seeking. It was amazing how quickly she got back to us whenever we had a question or concern. For us, she used a pricing strategy that we feel maximized the price of our home. We were extremely pleased with the result. On top of all that, she was able to make contact with the potential seller of our new home before they even had it on the market. This entire process couldnt have gone any smoother. We highly recommend Annette to be your realtor - she will not disappoint!

You cannot find a more dedicated professional that Annette. She is amazing and will be communicative, on top of deadlines, but more importantly, will foresee things before they generally occur. I am proud to know Annette and call her a colleague.

Annette helped my wife and me with our recent house purchase and did a great job. From the very first meeting until we closed on a house, her mantra was "I want to help you find the house that is the right fit for you". And we succeeded. At our request and direction, she toured us at houses all over Waukesha County and even into Washington County! She knew what we wanted and would not let us settle for less. She was open about the problems she saw with many of the houses. In some, the interior layout wasn't efficent, or the flip finishes were low quality, or the setting wasn't right or the house needed a lot of upgrading inside or outside. She probably could have earned her commission a lot faster if she had pushed for us to accept something less than perfect, but that's not her style! It was a refreshing change from many other brokers we have used who clearly would say just about anything to get us to put an offer in and close a deal. All they were after was a quick commission. But not Annette, and we commend her for that. We recommend Annette without hesitation for anyone trying to buy a house. She'll have your best interests at heart.

Annette did a fantastic job of helping our daughter find her first house in Wisconsin. She FaceTimed with us to point out the great aspects of each house they visited, along with some not-so-great issues. Although we live in California, Annette made us feel like we were working closely with her throughout the process. In fact, we loved working with Annette so much, we just purchased an investment home with her help and expertise, which includes insurance, inspection, and warranty referrals. You will be extremely pleased with your results working with Annette! We look forward to years of doing business together.
